Sunday 4 June 2017 will go down as the day that some members of the Abbey Tax team decided that outdoor adventure sports were not for them.

The team took on The Wolf Run which is billed as a ‘unique combination of three kinds of off-road running: mud running, trail runs and obstacle runs’ and it certainly lived up to that. Running, climbing, jumping, swimming and wading (yes wading!) through mud, the team endeavoured to complete the challenging 10km course and did so in the impressive time of 2 hours 45 minutes!

All the cuts, bruises and one instance of concussion were worth it to raise funds for Young Carers. This is an incredibly worthwhile charity that provides information and support to assist young people in their caring roles and help them to fulfil their own needs as individuals. This event raised an amazing £517.50!
