As a result of growth and expansion, we are recruiting a number of Business Development Executive positions to join our established team of professionals. The roles are based within our friendly, modern offices in Rugby, next to Junction 1 of the M6. Are you:

•    a skilled objection handler who is determined to succeed;

•    able to demonstrate good relationship building skills and a proven track record in sales?

Desirable skills

•    Ability to develop new business relationships over the telephone/email.
•    High level of communication skills.
•    Demonstrates good organisational skills.
•    Previous B2B telemarketing experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

•    Generating new business appointments for our Area Sales Managers and managing their diaries.
•    Identifying new prospects, outbound B2B calling and researching.
•    Accurately inputting and maintaining data on our CRM and other systems.
