Support

Each scheme has a dedicated claims consultant to guide you through the entire process, from completing your claim form through to reimbursement of your fees. Your consultant will work in partnership with you, gaining an in-depth knowledge of your practice and will always be available to answer any of your queries.
 

Efficiency

We understand that a speedy claims response is vital to help you answer questions from HMRC and reassure your client. Therefore we're happy to give telephone clearance if you feel the claim requires an instant response from us, we'll then follow up by email or fax, so you receive a quick answer and can proceed with the work. The majority of claims are accepted on the day of receipt; however, all will have a written response within three working days of us being in possession of the required information.
 

Flexibility

We aim to be as flexible as possible, working with you to ensure the best possible result for your practice and your client. We’re happy to accept documentation by email, fax, post, or via the Abbey Portal. We operate clear procedures and report back figures in a timely manner, so you’re fully aware of the status of your claim at every stage.
