An IR35 Contract Review is a valuable tool in helping to make the critical decision to operate outside of IR35, unfortunately HMRC may not necessarily share that view which is why we offer our Survive35 TaxSafe service.
What is Survive35?
Survive35 TaxSafe is designed to cover contracts and/or contract extensions that have been reviewed and "passed" by Abbey Tax as being outside of IR35 and in the event of the engagement being reclassified by HMRC as “caught” we will reimburse:

- Interest
- Penalties
