What we can do for you…

An Abbey Tax Full Engagement Review considers not only the contractual terms, but also the business practices of your company and the working practices of the engagement(s) on the basis of a questionnaire completed by you. Once we recieve your questionnaire and contract we aim to return your review within 5 working days with a "pass" or "fail" and recommended contract wording to ensure you are not "caught by the IR35".  

Furthermore, if the contract passes, you can then buy our Survive35 Tax Losses Insurance, which will reimburse the Tax, Interest and Penalties in the event that HMRC successfully argue that IR35 applies.
